Concord Hall owners are subject to covenants and bylaws. We are also a lease restricted neighborhood with limited and temporary hardship permits given only on a case by case basis. New buyers homes can not be rented out.
Architectural Modification Permit Form
If you are making external changes to your house or landscaping, please submit the Architectural Modification Permit form to the architectural committee as soon as possible to concordhallarch@yahoo.com.
Also, if you notice any neighborhood property damage or have a covenant violation to report that the Architectural committee needs to address, also email the Architectural committee so they may address your concern.
